Registering EAP Cases Online
When a member contacts Magellan for EAP services, we provide them with a MAT (case) number that they can give to you. When you – the treating provider – receive a member-supplied MAT number, you use that number to register the member via our provider website.

Online Functionality
- You may search all your EAP member registrations by date range, and download detailed reports in Adobe PDF or Microsoft Excel formats.
- You can view -- or print -- documents, such as the registration letter and the forms that need member signature, such as the Statement of Understanding.
- View EAP Registrations also links you directly to our online EASI form.

Email Notices
